A downloadable game for Windows
An old game I created way back in 2011. Probably 1 of only a handful of original games I've ever made. Sadly the high score table is no longer active, but its still fun to blast away the odd minutes or so ;)
The basic premise is to shoot everything that moves. Anything that doesn't move, shoot it anyway just to be on the safe side.

Sweet! What engine (if any) did you use? Do you plan to release on Steam (would love to try it on Steam Deck!)
It was written in GLBasic, and I guess it was my own engine. I did try to get it on Steam back when I developed it, but they turned it down, saying it wasn’t the sort of thing they wanted on there platform !
They are way more open now. A possible catch is there is a $100 fee to publish a game (you get it back after $1K in sales of the game). That can be a barrier for many games that are usually on itch... Since it is GLBasic, looks like a Mac version would be possible as well. Do you have a Mac by chance?
Sadly no, no Mac here. But it wouldn’t help either as I’ve long since lost the source code for it :(
Do you still use GLBasic for anything?
Not for any games, no. I just use it mainly to do conversion of Roms and other datasets into data formats I can use.
Dude, I was just thinking about this game like 5 minutes ago. I've had it since you released it back in the day but I couldn't remember the name, lol
